Teaching experience:

  • Teacher at public Schools of Arts in Austria and Germany for the past 18 years​​

  • Experience in teaching the clarinet, piano and saxophone

  • Jury member of the German-wide youth competition "Jugend musiziert"

  • Head of the Piano Department at the School of Arts and Music, County Havelland, Berlin-Brandenburg, Germany - resposible for 800 pupils and 35 teachers

  • Continuous education in the field of music pedagogy

  • The students are prize-winner of the German Youth Competition "Jugend musiziert"

Lessons:
​

  • My lessons are clearly structured 

  • Languages of instruction are: German, English, Russian, Czech and Spanish

  • There is a piano in the music room and I use it every lesson in order to accompany my students. The lessons can take place either in the morning  or in the afternoon/evening. Lessons can be arranged at the weekend as well.

Teaching concept:
​

  • Lessons usually take place once per week

  • Clarinet and saxophone students are accompanied on the piano in the course of every lesson in order to practice chamber music regularly

  • All piano students practise scales, technical studies and pieces. Special focus is put on playing by four hands

  • Organizing house concerts for the family and friends of my students is an important part of my teaching activity

Teaching concept for beginners:
​
  • ​The main focus with beginner students lies on a correct breathing technique, position of the body, relaxed playing and tonguing. The main goal is that students have a solid basis in mastering the technical part of the instrument so that they are able to develop their musicality.

Unterricht:
​
  1. Mein Unterricht ist klar strukturiert
  2. Unterrichtssprachen sind: Deutsch, Englisch, Russisch, Tschechisch und Spanisch

Lehrkonzept:
​
  1. Der Unterricht findet in der Regel einmal pro Woche statt
  2. Klarinetten-, Saxophon- und Flötenschüler werden im Laufe jeder Unterrichtsstunde am Klavier begleitet, um regelmäßig Kammermusik zu üben
  3. Alle Klavierschüler üben Tonleitern, technische Studien und Stücke. Besonderes Augenmerk wird auf das Spiel zu viert Händen gelegt
  4. Die Organisation von Hauskonzerten für die Familie und Freunde meiner Schüler ist ein wichtiger Teil meiner Lehrtätigkeit

Unterrichtskonzept für Anfänger:
​
  1. Das Hauptaugenmerk bei Anfängern liegt auf der richtigen Atemtechnik, der Körperhaltung, dem entspannten Spielen und der Zunge. Das Hauptziel ist, dass die Schüler eine solide Grundlage für die Beherrschung des technischen Teils des Instruments haben, damit sie ihre Musikalität entwickeln können.
 
Lehrkonzept für Fortgeschrittene:
​
  1. Fortgeschrittene Schüler haben andere Erwartungen. Einige von ihnen wollen nach einer langen Pause wieder spielen. Andere wollen sich auf ihren Aufnahmetest an der Universität vorbereiten. Alle Lektionen sind auf die Bedürfnisse jedes Schülers zugeschnitten. Mir ist es wichtig, dass meine Schüler ein überragendes Niveau in ihrer Technik und ihrer Musikalität erreichen.
